For large-scale and bespoke events, we offer comprehensive services ranging from arranging accommodation to sourcing and hiring props, ensuring every aspect of your event is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.

We understand that every event is unique and will vary in size, complexity and the amount of time required to support. We offer flexible pricing by offering two options:

Option 1 - Paid By Time

We would estimate the amount of hours required to support and charge per hour. Please note this may fluctuate due to added complexities throughout the project. We would make you aware of any changes.

Option 2 - Fixed Cost

We would discuss with you what is required and agree a price taking into consideration the amount of work required. This would be a fixed cost and would not change unless the scope of the event changed.
